FreeFlix keeps the minimum data needed to run your account.

What we store

• Your account: email, a bcrypt-hashed password (never the plaintext), and optional Google profile basics.
• Your activity: watch history, “My List”, thumbs up/down, and search history — used to power Continue Watching and recommendations.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your data or run third-party ad trackers of our own.
• Embedded players are operated by third parties and may set their own cookies; that is outside FreeFlix’s control.

You can clear your watch history at any time from your profile, which deletes it from our database.
